  • November 18, 2023: FloridaUCC.com had a scheduled maintenance from 6:00 PM on November 17, 2023 to 3:00 PM on November 18, 2023. The FloridaUCC.com website, including the Search, Online Filing and XML Filing functions were unavailable during this window.

  • November 2, 2023: Effective 11/02/2023, For all Online Filing Users that missed the October 20, 2023 deadline, FloridaUCC, LLC selected the most recently used account to be the single account for the user, and deactivated users accounts that had duplicate email addresses.

  • November 2, 2023: Effective 09/18/2023, FloridaUCC, LLC notified the Online Filing Users that it began a process to update login credentials for all users on May 01, 2023. Instead of a username, the user's email address is now used to login. Users with multiple usernames associated with one email are required to select a single account for future access. If you have not updated the login credentials for your account, please login and select the single account for future access by October 20, 2023. Users that do not select an account by October 20, 2023 will be assigned one of their existing accounts.

  • August 14, 2023: Effective 7/1/2023, IACA revised several National UCC Forms. Please visit https://www.iaca.org/ to obtain the revised National UCC Forms. Florida UCC, LLC will accept forms dated 2011 or later, as approved forms until further notice.

  • July 01, 2023: Effective 7/1/2023, IACA revised several National UCC Forms. Please visit https://www.iaca.org/ to obtain the revised National UCC Forms. Florida UCC, LLC will accept forms with prior revision dates, as approved forms, until 7/15/2023.

  • May 01, 2023: FloridaUCC, LLC has updated login credentials for all users. Instead of a username, the user's email address will be used to login. Users with multiple usernames associated with one email will be required to select a single account for future access.

  • January 31, 2023: FloridaUCC, LLC is planning to update each user’s login credentials, so logins are based on email address instead of username. This change is coming in May 2023. If you have multiple usernames associated with the same email address you will be asked to select a single account for use going forward. If you would like to preserve multiple accounts, please update each account to associate it with a unique email address prior to May 2023.

  • October 27, 2021: Effective Wednesday, October 27, 2021, FloridaUCC, LLC changed credit card processing providers. The transaction description “FL UCC EFILINGS” that appears on credit card statements will remain unchanged.

  • October 27, 2021: Effective Wednesday, October 27, 2021, FloridaUCC, LLC updated all ACH accounts to transfer fees to a Wells Fargo account (replacing a Bank of America account). ACH account holders do not need to take any actions in support of the transfer. The ACH transaction description “FLORIDAFST” that appears on bank statements will remain unchanged.

  • May 7, 2021: Effective Monday, May 10, 2021, FloridaUCC, LLC will implement changes to the Walk-in service in our Tallahassee office. Procedures associated with the Walk-in Service are listed on the Floridaucc.com Home page.

  • February 20, 2021: FloridaUCC.com had a scheduled maintenance from 6:00 PM on February 19, 2021 to 08:00 PM on February 20, 2021. The FloridaUCC.com website, including the Search, Online Filing and XML Filing functions were unavailable during this window.

  • December 19, 2020: FloridaUCC.com had a scheduled maintenance from 6:00 PM on December 18, 2020 to 08:00 PM on December 19, 2020. The FloridaUCC.com website, including the Search, Online Filing and XML Filing functions were unavailable during this window.

  • July 3, 2020: Effective Monday, July 6, 2020, FloridaUCC, LLC will resume limited Walk-in service in our Tallahassee office. Procedures associated with the Walk-in Service are listed on the Floridaucc.com Home page.

  • March 20, 2020: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and effective Friday, March 20, 2020, FloridaUCC, LLC is temporarily suspending Walk-in Services in our Tallahassee office.

  • January 1st, 2014: Florida UCC, LLC is pleased to announce expanded services in support of Online Filing for UCC forms. Customers may file UCC documents online using a credit card.

  • June 28th, 2013: Effective immediately, the Secretary of State, State of Florida has approved new State of Florida UCC forms. Click on the Forms option in the menu at the top of this website to access the forms

  • October 1, 2012: Florida UCC, LLC is pleased to announce expanded services in support of the download of UCC filing information. Click on the Download option in the menu at the top of this website for more information

  • For small portions of the day on September 09 and September 10, 2009 the "FILED ACTUAL DEBTOR NAME SEARCH" was returning an error message and no results. The technical difficulties have been resolved and procedures implemented to prevent a reoccurrence. Filers should review and confirm all searches performed on September 09 and September 10, 2009, to ensure accuracy.

  • NOTICE OF FEE INCREASE: Pursuant to Section 24, Chapter 2009-72, Laws of Florida, beginning on July 1, 2009, the fee for the first page of an initial financing statement (UCC1) was increased from $25.00 to $35.00. Please click here to view Section 24, Chapter 2009-72, Laws of Florida. The text related to the fee increase is on page 18.

  • Effective Wednesday, March 11, 2009, FLORIDAUCC, LLC made a change to the procedures associated with annotating the date and time of filing for each UCC document processed. The current procedure is to annotate the UCC documents with the actual date of receipt and a time of 12:00am. The new procedure will be to annotate UCC documents picked up from the United States Post office each morning with the actual date of receipt and an 8:00am time of receipt, and to annotate all other UCC documents received with the actual date and time of receipt.

  • On February 10, 2009, changes were made to several of the approved Florida UCC forms.

  • On October 6, 2008, the Florida Secured Transaction Registry experienced technical difficulties that resulted in some searches returning inaccurate search results. We believe searches that included special characters e.g. apostrophes, ampersands etc., in searching for filings such as “Brown’s company” or “B & H company” were the primary searches affected. The technical difficulties have been resolved and procedures implemented to prevent a reoccurrence. Filers should review and confirm all searches performed on October 6, 2008, to ensure accuracy.

  • Over the weekend of October 3-5, 2008, a scheduled outage occurred to perform maintenance to the website. A new web page design was installed for the Florida Secured Transaction Registry.

  • To the best of our ability we have attempted to remove all social security numbers from this website. If you should see a social security number, please email us at: help@FLORIDAUCC.com or call us at: 850-222-8526 with the location of the number so that it may be removed.

  • Over the weekend of January 5-7, 2007, the Florida Secured Transaction Registry experienced technical difficulties that resulted in some filings being posted with an incorrect filing status. The technical difficulties have been resolved and procedures implemented to prevent a reoccurrence. Filers should review their recent filings to confirm that the status of their filing is accurately reflected in the Registry.

  • Effective Sunday, April 17, 2005, FLORIDAUCC, LLC staff will no longer perform searches of the Florida Secured Transaction Registry. The floridaucc.com website will not be affected by this procedural change.

  • Over the weekend of October 18, 2003, FLORIDAUCC, LLC made updates to this website in response to legislation passed in Florida Statutes Chapter 679. The filing status designations of "Active", "Inactive" and "Lapsed" were updated to "Filed" or "Lapsed". All search options involving debtor names were updated to incorporate the Filed and Lapsed status designations.

  • The Florida Department of State privatized the process of filing and maintaining the Florida Secured Transaction Registry, effective October 1, 2001. Florida UCC, LLC and its partner the Florida Bankers Association, have been selected as the vendor for this contract.
