2. Should I include a stamped, self-addressed
envelope with my processing
request?
No. Please do not include any type of return
envelope (self-addressed envelopes, overnight mail service
envelopes) with your processing request. While FLORIDAUCC,
Inc. will generate an acknowledgment in response to every
processing request, these acknowledgments will not be
returned using envelopes supplied by the requester.

3. Should I include additional copies
of my filing request when I submit the
request to FLORIDAUCC, Inc.?
No. Please include only one copy of each
processing request. Including additional copies of processing
requests increases the time it takes to process each
request, and additional copies will not be returned to
the requester.

4. How do I do my own search
on the Internet?
You can access the UCC filed records for
the Florida Secured Transaction Registry on the Internet
at: www.floridaucc.com. Click on the "Search" option.
Choose one item in the "Select Search Type" box,
then enter the appropriate data in the "Name/Document
Number" box, and click on "search". The
exact name or number or the nearest alphabetic or numeric
entry will be displayed. Click on the number of the entry(ies)
you are interested in. "HELP" information is
available on the Internet at : www.floridaucc.com. Click
on the "Help" option.

5. If I don't have Internet access, who
can do a search for me?
FLORIDAUCC, Inc. maintains a public access

6. What copies of UCC documents can I
get from the Internet?
TIFF images of Florida UCC filings can
be downloaded from the Internet for all filings from
1997 to the present. To view the document you must have
a TIFF viewer associated with your Internet browser.
Many current browsers, beginning with Netscape and Internet
Explorer versions 4.0, include a TIFF viewer.

7. How do I get a copy of a UCC document
that is not available from the Internet?
Copies of UCC documents filed prior to
1997 must be requested by UCC file number from FLORIDAUCC,
Inc. Requests must be made in writing. Please send requests

The cost for printing documents is $1.00
per page. You will be notified of the total number of
pages printed in response to your request, and the cost

9. How up-to-date are the UCC filings
on the Internet?
UCC filings shown on the Internet are from
the Florida Secured Transaction Registry. As processing
requests are filed and added to the public record, they
can be accessed via the Internet. There is no time delay.

Is there a list of form suppliers?
UCC forms can be downloaded from the Internet
at www.floridaucc.com. Click on the "Forms" option.
Downloading forms from the Internet is the only option
for obtaining forms provided by FLORIDAUCC, Inc.; however,
forms can be obtained from forms suppliers. You can view
a list of forms suppliers at: www.floridaucc.com. From
the Fees page, click on "Forms Supplier".

also?
No, Tax Liens are not included with UCC
filing information on the www.floridaucc.com web site.
